Duties, Duties and Powers of the Crop Inspector
The Duties, Duties and Powers of the Crop Inspector shall be as follows:-
(a) Inspection of seed crop fields and seed collection processes and preparation of reports (B) License of seed businessmen and monitoring the seed market (c) During the monitoring according to Clause (b), if it is found that the seed business is being conducted without obtaining a permit or if it is found that uninformed seed is being sold and distributed, the relevant office and sample collector should be informed about it.

(e) In case of confiscation of seeds according to Clause (d), if there is a situation where the presence of the general public is not possible or if they refuse to be present, the seeds shall be confiscated by mentioning that practice.
(f) When confiscating seeds as per Clause (d), giving notice to the relevant seed sellers in the format as per schedule-18 and giving the information to the local administration, office, regional agriculture directorate, seed sample collector, regional seed testing laboratory and member secretary of the committee. will fall.
(g) Submit the information in accordance with Schedule-19 to the relevant office of the seed sample collector in Rohwar after giving notification as per section (f) and the information about the seed seed seller, local administration, regional agriculture directorate, district agricultural development office, sample collector, regional seed seed It should be given to the member-secretary of the laboratory and committee.
(h) The seeds seized as per Clause (d) shall be destroyed by following the procedure prescribed by the Seed Office.
